BOBI Awards 2021 - Bryter is a best customer insight finalist

Bryter is a finalist once again, having been shortlisted for a key award at this year’s British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association’s (BHBIA)2021 BOBI Awards.

This entry continues to reflect our commitment to delivering research and insight that shines a light on the nature of consumer and patient behaviours, and helping clients to put patients at the heart of their decision making

Submission summary: Understanding the lives and needs of those using human growth hormone therapy

  1. A human growth hormone therapy (HGH) manufacturer wanted to better understand the lives of children and parents, experiences with HGH, and key needs at different stages of their journey affecting treatment choices.
  2. Bryter conducted a multi-stage programme of research including digital ethnography and filmed in-home visits with parents and caregivers. Two quantitative surveys followed with parents & caregivers, and endocrine nurses.
  3. The research uncovered new insights about key needs and influences on decision making for HGH treatment and devices.

These real-life, panel-judged awards required us to show clear guidance, evidence of change, customer understanding and impact to the client’s business as a result of the research.
