Bryter is a two time finalist at the BOBI awards been shortlisted for two awards at this year’s British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association’s (BHBIA) 2019 BOBI Awards.

The award so important to us, that we entered it twice, and had both submissions taken through as finalists.

Submission 1: A wide ranging and iterative research programme to support the addition of a vaccine onto the national immunisation schedule.

  1. Our client required evidence to press for the inclusion of a new type of vaccine onto the UK childhood immunisation schedule.
  2. Engagement with the JCVI for the product’s inclusion on the immunisation schedule required robust evidence. Bryter designed an iterative series of market research activities interviewing wide-ranging audiences and stakeholders impacted by the disease. At each stage, research design guided client strategy by highlighting areas of burden to be iteratively investigated in the next stage.
  3. Bryter’s results provided crucial support for JCVI discussions, and led to the development and launch of a digital education strategy driving private sales of the vaccine.

Submission 2: Understanding women’s health and the role of digital channels.

  1. A consumer health manufacturer needed better understand of the lives of young women, their health routines, and the role digital channels play in shaping and influencing behaviours and purchases. A deeper understanding of this would help shape future products and communications, and enable our client to remain relevant to the next generation of young women.
  2. Bryter conducted qualitative research including digital ethnography, in-home visits and HCP interviews. This was followed by an ideation workshop to generate new thinking.
  3. The study shaped a multi-year communications strategy for our client.

These real-life, panel-judged awards required us to show clear guidance, evidence of change, customer understanding and impact to the client’s business as a result of the research.
